The Focus presents some of the findings of a research project (PRIN2007) co-financed by the Italian Ministry of Education and Bocconi University (Milan). Giuliano Castellano, Laura Franciosi and Alberto Monti, who are the authors of three of the contributions published in this issue of the Uniform Law Review, participated in the Bocconi Research Unit of the project “Legislative Multilingualism” coordinated at national level by Antonio Gambaro of the University of Milan. Earlier versions of the articles published in this issue were presented and discussed at a Seminar on “Multilingualism in Financial Markets Regulation” held at Bocconi University on 9 May 2011.
